Hampton Roads Homeowner Reviews of Divine Touch Home Improvements
We are proud of the trust our customers place in us. Honest homeowner reviews are one of the most important ways a local home improvement contractor can earn - and keep - a good reputation, so we encourage every Divine Touch customer to share their experience. Reading reviews from real Hampton Roads homeowners can help you feel more confident about who you invite into your home, what kind of communication to expect, and how a project actually unfolds from estimate to final walk-through. View our Google Business Profile to read recent reviews, or share your own experience after working with our team.
What Hampton Roads homeowners say
The reviews below are pulled live from the platforms where our customers left them, so nothing on this page is edited, selected, or rewritten by us. If a project had a rough stretch, that shows up too. We would rather you read the honest picture before you call than be surprised later. Most reviews mention the same handful of things that matter day to day on a job site: whether we showed up when we said we would, whether the house was clean at the end of the day, and whether the price at the end matched the price we quoted.

We had such a great experience working with them on our home renovation! Our old kitchen honestly wasn’t built correctly, and the layout just didn’t work well for our living space. They completely transformed it and found a way to make the kitchen fit our home so much better. It feels more functional, open, and like it was actually designed for our family. One thing I really appreciated was the communication throughout the entire process. They kept us updated, listened to what we wanted, answered our questions, and made sure we were comfortable with everything along the way. If something needed to be adjusted, they worked with us to figure it out instead of making us feel like we were being difficult. You can tell they genuinely care about the quality of their work and about making sure their customers are happy. Seeing the difference between what our kitchen looked like before and what it looks like now is honestly amazing. We finally have a space that feels like it belongs in our home and works for the way we actually live. We’re so thankful for all the hard work they put into our home and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to renovate! A special thank you to Carlos and his amazing crew.

We recently had our downstairs bathroom remodeled after some issues and we are so happy we found Carlos and his team. He was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. He was incredibly easy to communicate with, always responsive, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was his attention to detail—every tile, fixture, and finish was done with such care and precision that we felt completely at ease throughout the project. He also went above and beyond to make sure everything turned out perfectly, often taking the extra time to make small adjustments that made a big difference in the final look. We especially appreciated how he used his experience and expertise to guide us through design and material choices. His thoughtful advice helped us create a beautiful, functional space that exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t be happier with the finished bathroom and would highly recommend Divine Touch to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and detail-oriented professional.

He walked us through the project from beginning to end. Carlos is professional, knowledgeable, organized, personable & detailed oriented with a strong focus on quality craftsmanship. Throughout the time he spent with us, he provided design suggestions while taking into consideration our vision for the bathroom as well. Sharing your experience helps other Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk, and Portsmouth homeowners find a remodeling team they can trust. A short, honest review about communication, craftsmanship, and how the project felt from your side is one of the most helpful things you can leave for the next homeowner researching a kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel, or full home renovation in Hampton Roads. It takes about two minutes on our Google Business Profile, and you do not need to write much - a few plain sentences about what we did and how it went is genuinely useful.
